Overall I loved my stay there. The staff is super nice and the rooms, bathrooms and pool are perfectly neat and clean. We stayed in a very spacious double bedroom. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was very good. The hotel is very well located and close from restaurants and bars aimed to foreigners(ie, markets, restaurants, etc). The only item to be improved in my opinion is the extremely slow services in hotel restaurant.

We choose to stay in this hotel because they had a very good comments on travel sites. At first we not sure if it true or not but finally we know that we are got a right decision. Even, the services we got better than our expectation. During our stay here (4 nights), we got a very comfortable room with very nice decor and designation. There are some traditional picture of Hanoi old quarter in our room. This is the same with what they described on there website.
The second time we come back, stay offer us a free dinner in their Luxor restaurant. That's great. Their chef give us is very delicious dinner, that's the best meals we got during our trip in Vietnam.
The most things I love this hotel is their friendly and professional staff. Very good English. Even their manager can speak a very good French too. They always give us smiles after answer our brainstorm-questions. They also suggest for us a good choice for Ha Long bay and some other tours with a very reasonable price. Just can say a very helpful staffs with well organization. For sure we will stay this hotel again when I come back Vietnam in the future.
